Sand Making Processing Flow

Sand making process always includes primary crushing, fine crushing, sand making, screening, washing and other processes.

Primary crushing

We usually use jaw crusher as the primary crusher. Transport the large raw materials to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing.

Fine crushing

Then, send the crushed materials to cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing. Bely conveyor is usually used to connect production machines.

Sand making

After fine crushing, send the particles to sand making machine for further process. Then we will get uniform sand particles.

Screening

In the above processes, vibrating screen is usually used to separate the materials into different specifications.

Sand washing

If you want to get pure artificial sand, sand washing machine is necessary. After washing process, you can get pure and even sand.
