Problem: there is little or even no powder produced, the capacity is quite low.
Reasons and solutions:
The powder locking device is not proper adjusted or undersealing, leading to the powder return to the grinding disc. To solve this problem, operators should adjust the powder locking device and make sure it is tightly sealed.
Problem: the final powders are too coarse or fine.
Reasons and solutions:
The blade in analyzer is badly damaged and cannot classify the powders. In this case, operators should change the blade.
The improper air quantity of blower. If the final powders are too coarse, operators should reduce the air quantity and if the final powders are too fine, operators should increase the air quantity.
Problem: the current and temperature of main body increase, but the current in the blower decreases.
Reasons: this might because operators feed too much raw materials, which lead to the blower pipe blocked by produced powders. In this case, the pipe cannot exhaust smoothly, the circuiting airflow makes the current and temperature increases in the main body and the current in blower decreases.
Solutions:
Reduce the feeding raw materials and clear the blocked powders in the blower pipe.
Keep the raw materials' temperature below 6¡æ.
Problem: the main body of Raymond mill has great noise and vibrates greatly.
Reasons and solutions:
The feeding quantity is too small. In this case, operators should adjust the feeding quantity of raw materials.
The shovel blade is badly damaged and the foundation bolts loose. To solve this problem, operators should replace the broken shovel blade and tighten the foundation bolts.
The roller and ring deform badly. In this case, operators should replace the roller and ring with new ones.
Problem: the blower vibrates.
Reasons and solutions:
There are powders piled up on the blower blade or the blade loses balance because of damage. In this case, operators should remove the piled powders or change the worn blade.
The foundation bolts loosen. To solve this problem, operators should tighten up the foundation bolts.
Problem: the roller and the bearings broken.
Reasons and solutions:
There is no oil in the bearings or the gasket ring damages. In this case, operators should add oil timely and regularly.
The roller and bearings are lack of maintenance and cleanness. Operators should clean the roller and bearings regularly and change the grease seal.
